Shipping and Returns
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your purchase details. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock, and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@blisstack.com
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, and send photos to returns@blisstack.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, and be in a shipping carton without any shipping labels or other type of labeling, price tags or glue directly on the merchandise packaging.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Most items are processed within 2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason within that timeframe, please send us a message as soon as possible at contact@blisstack.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. In the email, please provide:
- In the subject line "Cancel order (order number)"
- Your full name
- Email address used to place the order

Description of item ordered: Product name, size (if available), color (if available) and quantity
- Phone number if we need to contact you for more information
Orders canceled 2 business days after being placed are subject to a $20 administration fee (deducted from refunded money if payment was processed), whether your order has shipped or not.
If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

NOTE: Seasonal or Discontinued products are not eligible for return.
