Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Q: What currency are your store prices in?

A: Our store prices are in US dollars (USD).

Q: Do you have stores or just an online store?

A: We don't have any physical stores yet. We only sell online at the moment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only ship to the continental US.

Q: Do we need to sign for the shipment?

A: Due to the high value of our products and to ensure their swift delivery, we require a signature of all our shipments.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from our partners'warehouses based in the US and Europe.

Q: How long does it take for my product to be shipped?

A: Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Shipment duration can vary between 7 and 14 days based on your location or depending on the product brand, type, size, quantity or other factor (e.g. season). We value our customers, so rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped, and communicate any delay that may occur with your delivery.

Q: How can I return and replace a defective or damaged item?

A: All defective or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of received orders. Visit our Shipment and Returns Policy page for more details.

Q: Where can I find my order confirmation?

A: The order confirmation email is sent to your email address as soon as you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folder as it may also land there. If you're not able to find it, please reach out to us at contact@blisstack.com.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?

A: Most items are processed within 1 to 2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us a message as soon as possible at contact@blisstack.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. Visit our Shipment and Returns Policy page for more details. 

NOTE: Seasonal or Discontinued products are not eligible for return.
