Refunds and Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Most items are processed within 2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason within that timeframe, please send us a message as soon as possible at contact@blisstack.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. In the email, please provide:

  1. In the subject line "Cancel order [insert order number]"
  2. Your full name
  3. Email address used to place the order
  4. Description of item ordered: Product name, size (if available), color (if available) and quantity 
  5. Phone number if we need to contact you for more information

Orders canceled 2 business days after being placed are subject to a $20 administration fee (deducted from refunded money if payment was processed), whether your order has shipped or not. 

If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, and be in a shipping carton without any shipping labels or other type of labeling, price tags or glue directly on the merchandise packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, and send photos to returns@blisstack.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Saddles can be returned if they are in new and unused condition with tags attached, within 10 days of delivery.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied if the saddle is returned used, damaged, or without tags.

Exchanges for a saddle of the same style, but different size will waive the restocking fee.

Contact returns@blisstack.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping address.

NOTE: Seasonal or Discontinued products are not eligible for refunds or return.
